It is a dramatic combination of the five elements of fine art - Literature, Music, Painting, Acting and Dance. Characters with vividly painted faces and elaborate costumes re-enact stories from the Hindu epics.

A Kathakali actor, as portrayed in the painting, uses immense concentration, skill and physical stamina. I wanted to capture the rich costumes and magical make up codes of one such dancer, making the viewers enjoy this extraordinaire!
